Technology Update -

SynerG's management team in the United States has been in discussions with a wireless technology company (last mile solution) for a strategic partnership. With this partnership, and in coordination with SynerG's management team in Hong Kong, SynerG is working on setting standards for Mainland China and incorporating this technology into China's plans for a SynerG domestic network.

SynerG has selected as its Backbone network technology platform the following providers:

1. For ATM Technologies, Synerg will be working with Lucent Technologies - http://www.lucent.com

Partnership Update -
 
SynerG is currently seeking partnerships in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Latin America along with Eastern Europe. Interested parties will have the ability to provide investment capital and management capabilities to oversee network integration and deployment across their territories. Other News -

SynerG has named Hugo Schielke Chairman of its Advisory Board. Mr. Schielke was Chief Investment Officer and Director of the Investment Department for the World Bank. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the portfolios of the World Bank Group, where he stewarded the portfolios' growth in value from 2 to 15 billion dollars. He also worked at Bear Stearns as Managing Director in New York and founded their bank subsidiary in Frankfurt.

In his role with SynerG, Mr. Schielke will be working with his contacts in the investment banking arena to plan and prepare for SynerG's initial public offering. Current plans call for IPO preparations to begin shortly after SynerG's network launch.

Additionally, SynerG plans to launch SynerG Entertainment, its entertainment subsidiary. Plans call for SynerG Entertainment to begin developing its channel services along with preparing SynerG's overall corporate branding and marketing strategy. With technology rapidly changing the way consumers access and view information and entertainment, SynerG Entertainment looks forward to being at the forefront of this technology revolution and evolution.
