Regional Subsidiary Strategy

The Asia-Pacific region is proceeding at a faster pace than most international markets. Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Korea are the markets most ready for the introduction of new networking technology. This region will be the focus of SynerG in a phased market entry and network service build-out. Taiwan and the Philippines are not far behind.  China (outside Hong Kong), India, and other areas included in the overall Asia-Pacific backbone rollout represent huge opportunities for further development.

SynerG is proceeding to form joint ventures through established relationships in these and other key markets. An extension of the concepts and business model will reach into each of the targeted markets through strategic alliances and joint ventures. A parallel effort will be separately initiated for the European and American markets.

This participation in specific markets through strategic alliances, distributors, subsidiaries and joint ventures is central to the establishment of SynerG’s consistent and integrated global network service offering. SynerG functions as the regulating and management control point for establishing pricing and customer service worldwide. SynerG management regulates these critical elements to ensure continuity and effective customer support.
